Best attorney in city of Clarksville! Got into some trouble 3 years ago when I tell you Chase Smith Answered every phone call/text message never had to worry about being a bother. Was rude when called to set up a consultation. Very offensive and not professional at all. He doesn't talk to potential clients with respect or with dignity. Sad because we were told he was a very good lawyer and very respectful but clearly from our experience that wasn't the case. Won't ever hire him!

Needed an attorney. Everyone kept recommending Chase, and I'm glad they did. His price was more than fair, and the results were better than expected. They offered us an absurd plea deal. Chase basically laughed at their offer and said we'll take it before a grand jury. We walked out of court, and a few weeks later he called me to let me know my charge had been dismissed by a grand jury. Obviously he can't guarantee everyone the exact results they're hoping for, but in my case, he delivered an outcome I didn't even think was possible. On top of that, Chase has always responded to my texts and calls very quickly. I had a question for him today regarding the case (this is 9 months later) so I texted him, and he called me right away. That’s what is prompting this review. I actually thought I had already left him a positive review, but I guess not. Long story short, I don't plan on getting myself into any more trouble any time soon, but if I do, I'm calling Chase.

Helping a freind who just had a baby, starting a new business and in the process of moving his family into a new home narrow down a new attorney. Have heard great reviews about this gentleman but as soon as I started to explain these things and was actually in the middle of complimenting Mr. Smith about what others say he Interrupted me to first make a side comment about my friend being too busy to which I explained or attempted to that he asked me to "narrow down the best attorneys along with see if they can start in a short 2 days, but I've heard great reviews about you so I thought......" Interrupted yet again to say " That doesn't sound like someone I would be interested in representing"! ! I was going to ask for a better explanation but not only was his tone off putting but I was reading his reviews and I noticed he belittles those who leave low reviews. Just read his responses on here and you will most likely see all you need to . I than called my friend who said that Mr. Smith was his 1st call when he was released and the man made him lose all hope by speaking down to him. Yes his case is tough and not an easy win but had the gentleman heard me out as to why my friend was too busy than maybe he would have also heard about all the hard work my friend has done to be a positive role model for his new baby and a valuable member of society who deserves their fair chance in court

I hired him annoy 7 months ago to combat one of the worse cases of corruption I've been exposed to in my 45 years. I learned the hard way that corruption is his main cash cow. Yes he got me home before the holiday. Sure he look out for my best interest? Not in the least. I left with a conviction that I believe I shouldn't have and feelings of supporting the enemy that never intend on entertaining or possessing. He wouldn't come see me until the last minute and did not work or conduct as I expected. He masterfully achieved a balance where both I and the enemy had winning sensation but that I really lost. He hardly ever looked me in the eye while doing it. I won't shop with him again. Is a NO for me!!

Chase was very honest with me regarding my case when I first spoke to him over the phone. He helped my with the process of obtaining employment due to charges that were pending with the Montgomery county courts by sending a letter to my employer. He also worked very hard in court to get my charge Nolled by speaking to the DA several times on my behalf. Mr. Smith worked very hard to get me justice. If there is ever any other matter that I need resolved in Montgomery county, I will for sure choose Chase Smith to be my attorney.
