Juvenile Law

Whether you have thought about it or not, the Department of Children’s Services has the power to remove you or your child from your home after even the smallest incident.  If they file a Dependant & Neglect Petition against you, make sure you have representation that is experienced in this matter.  These Petitions can be contested and defeated.
